We currently support close to 5,000 retail sites across Asia, with our dedicated technical engineers for 24/7 uninterrupted service desks and technical support services; all made possible through working with our leading technology partners.
1993
SCS Malaysia partnership journey started with PEC8850 site systems implementation, support & maintenance for Shell MY high volume sites.
1995
Caltex Malaysia Site System Implementation.
Rollout for site system started for Malaysia Klang Valley zone self-service implementation and pay-at-pump card reader installation.
1997
First phase of self-service in Malaysia at Klang Valley zone.
1999
Shell Thailand support and maintenance for Site Systems.
2000
Shell Hong Kong support and maintenance for Site Systems.
2002
Nationwide self-service implementation and pay-at-pump.
Shell Thailand, Shell Brunei and Shell China BasePOS system and trained local engineers to support the system.
2003
Shell Oman and Shell Pakistan BasePOS system and trained local engineers to support the system.
2004
Kompakar acquired SCS Malaysia.
PETRONAS EMV upgrade contract, support and maintenance of PETRONAS Service Stations.
Shell India BasePOS system, trained local engineers to support the system. and involved in blueprint design
2005
PETRONAS Nationwide rollout completion by 1st Jan 2005, the timeline set by BNM and PETRONAS as project KPI.
Shell Malaysia EMV top tier site system deployment for card acceptance at pump.
Shell Russia BasePOS system, trained local engineers to support the system, and involved in blueprint design.
2006
Support and Maintenance work for ExxonMobil via Radiant Systems.
2009
Kompakar rebranded as STRATEQ
2011
Shell Malaysia site system support and maintenance contract.
2014
PETRONAS Payment Switch Subscription Contract for 5 Years
2016
New site system replacement rollout to 950 sites and field support via Diebold Nixdorf
2017
Payment site controller for PETRON MY under NEC
2018
STRATEQ SMART Service Desk go live at 3 countries Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong
STRATEQ Mobile Payment Go Live on 1st July 2018
