
Internal Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Trainer for our Petrol Retails Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical training to our internal field support team and end-users of our system. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, updating or compiling training syllabus, coordinating with account managers, project managers and service delivery managers, and managing training documents. The ideal candidate must possess a deep desire to learn, able to communicate effectively, work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and online technical training for internal field support team
• Conduct end-user training to get them familiar with the system and manage to operate it
• Create, maintain, update or compile training syllabus based on checklist/documentation/knowledge provided by the account technical specialist
• Serve as a technical knowledge transfer focal between company clients and operation team
• Provide business support for ongoing projects and operation teams’ daily support
• Coordinate with all account managers, project managers and service delivery managers for any new updates, changes or new implementation of the respective account/system
• Assist Project Manager / Account Manager to perform functional and technical tests based on the project/deployment requirement
• Manage the training documents and comply with ISO20K Audit annually
• Act as a Process owner for Hard Skill Training Unit (Resources management) and maintain the Failure Mode Effects Analysis-FMEA (ISMS) for the unit
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally or written with clients, reporting officer, system/software providers, and other authorized third parties
• Able to work in a very customer-oriented environment independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills, self-starter, proactive, multi-tasking, strong problem-solving mindset, and has a deep desire to learn
• Possess own transportation and is willing to travel
• Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, good discipline, and high adherence to SOP set by the management.
